The "Sherman" Fox Squirrel is proving to be an interesting subject.
I find "him" in open meadow and I am surprised to see him cover several hundred yards as part of a normal "jaunt" about the habitat.
His habitat is "horse farm with trees" so he is prevalent in the Citra Area. They prefer open pasture with the low understory.
